Where a broker provides delegated authorization such as OAuth, BXK Trader Pro is designed to use that authorization flow rather than asking the user to share the broker's website password with BXK.
Information is used to operate and secure BXK Trader Pro, authenticate authorized users, provide requested application features, monitor system performance, deliver account-related notifications, and provide optional transactional SMS alerts.
Users who expressly opt in to BXK Trader Pro SMS alerts may receive transactional messages concerning monitored trading positions, overnight risk conditions, risk-state changes, recovery notifications, and other operational account information.
Message frequency varies based on monitored conditions and account activity. Message and data rates may apply. SMS participation is optional. Users may opt out of SMS messaging at any time by replying STOP or by disabling SMS alerts for their account.
Subscription checkout and billing management may be provided through a third-party payment processor. BXK Trader Pro may receive subscription status, customer or subscription identifiers, plan information, invoice status, and related billing metadata. Payment-card details entered on a hosted payment page are handled by the payment processor.
BXK Trader Pro may use third-party service providers solely as necessary to operate the service, including hosting, communications, security, billing, market-data, brokerage connectivity, and related technical services. These providers receive information only as necessary to perform services on behalf of BXK Trader Pro. Mobile opt-in information and consent are not shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.
