These Terms & Conditions govern use of BXK Trader Pro, including its optional SMS notification service.
BXK Trader Pro provides trading-monitoring, market-information, risk-monitoring, and related account features to authorized users.
BXK Trader Pro may connect with supported third-party services selected by the user. Availability and supported capabilities may vary by provider and may change over time. Users remain responsible for reviewing permissions granted to connected services and for disconnecting access when it is no longer wanted.
Paid access may be offered on recurring billing terms shown at checkout. Subscription status, renewal timing, cancellation options, invoices, and payment-method management may be handled through a third-party billing provider.
Authorized users may voluntarily opt in to receive transactional SMS notifications from BXK Trader Pro. Messages may include overnight trading-risk alerts, monitored-position risk changes, threatened-position information, recovery notifications, and other operational account alerts.
SMS consent is optional and is not required to use BXK Trader Pro. Users may opt out at any time by replying STOP or by disabling SMS notifications for their account.
For assistance with the SMS program, users may reply HELP or contact their BXK Trader Pro account administrator.
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of SMS messages depends on telecommunications networks and third-party services outside the direct control of BXK Trader Pro.
The BXK Trader Pro SMS program is intended for transactional and operational notifications. Mobile numbers and SMS consent information are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
BXK Trader Pro alerts and market information are provided for informational and monitoring purposes. Alerts may be delayed, incomplete, unavailable, or affected by market-data, brokerage, telecommunications, internet, or third-party service interruptions.
Users remain responsible for monitoring their brokerage accounts, positions, orders, and risk. No SMS alert should be treated as a guarantee that a particular market condition, position condition, or risk event will be detected or delivered within a particular time.
BXK Trader Pro does not provide personalized investment, legal, tax, or financial advice through its SMS notification service. Users are responsible for their own trading and investment decisions.
BXK Trader Pro depends on external data, communications, hosting, billing, and account connectivity services. Those services may be delayed, interrupted, changed, or unavailable outside BXK's control. Platform features may also be changed, limited, suspended, or discontinued for maintenance, security, legal, contractual, or operational reasons.
